Our mechanical repairs are guaranteed by NAPA, a nationally recognized company. You can receive more information by visiting the NAPA AutoCare website, www.napaautocare.com
We are a DRP or preferred shop for many major insurance companies. We can work alongside any insurance company that has agreed to repair your vehicle. Our primary focus is on you, the customer, and we work along with the insurance company to ensure that you receive the top level of quality repairs that you deserve.
A direct repair shop (DRP) is a repair shop that has met the insurance qualifications in terms of having the most up-to-date equipment and trained personnel. As a requirement, DRP shops have to keep their certifications up to date by continually attending classes on the latest repair methods and technology. Most major insurance companies have a list of repair shops in your area to which they may refer you.
In the collision repair process there are three options for replacement parts
*O.E.M. – Original equipment by the manufacturer
*Aftermarket – New parts produced by a company other than the original manufacturer
*Used (LKQ) – Original factory-manufactured parts taken off a similar make and model vehicle
Most insurance policies state in fine print that in the event of a need for collision repairs the policy holder agrees to the use of LKQ or certified aftermarket parts. We advise our customers to please read their policy and ask their agent if options are available.
A deductible is an agreed upon amount that is your responsibility to pay toward any insurance claim on your vehicle. The insurance company will pay for the cost of repairs minus the agreed upon deductible. For example, if the total cost of repairs is $1,500 and you have a $500 deductible, then the insurance will pay $1,000. The remaining $500 is your agreed responsibility and is what you will pay the shop that is performing your repairs.
You pay your deductible when the repairs are complete.
Yes! Ask us how you can get 6 months at 0% interest through NAPA EasyPay.
No, as long as the other person’s insurance company has accepted liability.
Rental car coverage is a separate add-on to your insurance policy which everyone should have. While the amount of rental coverage can vary, in most cases the rental allotment will cover the entire time your vehicle is being repaired.
If repairs are being covered by another person’s insurance, then it is required that a rental is provided at no charge to you.
